This role leads a team of ~20 Executive Administrators that support initiatives and protocols as defined and required by each business unit’s leadership. Additionally, the individual in this role will analyze, redefine and monitor workflows, and capacity and demand needs within the department to ensure maximum effectiveness in support of the Company and its goals. **Day in the Life** * Establishes and monitors goals for the department and team members in collaboration with the teams they support. * Provides employee performance planning and evaluations. Sets performance expectations, goals, development objectives and training plans as appropriate; monitors and evaluates employee progress. * Evaluates and hires talent aligned to emerging business needs; ensures diverse and effective succession plans for all roles; encourages mobility and helps team members find stretch opportunities to expand their experience and skills. * Creates meaningful and timely reporting tools to monitor satisfaction and service levels.
