What You'll Do.
Manage two Event and Media Production Coordinators
Triage requests for events and media production
Collect preproduction information from clients
Communicate production details to the E&MP team
Oversee the unit’s scheduling and project management environment
Oversee interface with EMS RoomBook
Oversee ServiceNow integration
Collect service data metrics
Report service data metrics
Handle invoicing for the unit
Handle receivables for the unit
Allocate resources for events
Assign events and studio production requests
Establish realistic client expectations
Book technical staff on sessions
Book technical staff on events
Design workflow systems
Create workflow systems
Teach workflow systems
Oversee creation of call sheets
Oversee creation of FileMaker Job Slips
Define scope of work for technicians
Oversee scheduling of live-streams
Oversee scheduling of live-captioning
Coordinate media lifecycle
