Oversee unit's scheduling
Manage project management environment
Oversee interface with EMS RoomBook
Oversee ServiceNow integration
Collect service data metrics
Report service data metrics
Ensure requests are promptly addressed
Create processes for unit goals
Create workflows for unit goals
Create systems for unit goals
Manage performance of direct reports
Assign events and studio production requests
Oversee scheduling of production projects
Establish client expectations for deliverables
Design workflow for coordination
