What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, or a related field, At least 2 years in a people-management role, Demonstrated experience leading SAP-focused training programs, Hands-on expertise using SAP Enable Now (administrator, producer, or viewer), Strategic thinking, Leadership skills, Collaboration skills, Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams, Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformational environment
Nice to Have
SAP training and/or change management certification

Develop and execute training strategies
Oversee training content creation
Govern training material management
Own ERP training environment strategy
Measure training effectiveness
Lead and develop training professionals
Exercise judgment in training decisions

Partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, project teams, and Organizational Change Management; Collaborate with SAP Basis and Global teams; Build trusted relationships across technical and business teams; Foster a collaborative culture
