What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, or a related field, at least 2 years in a people-management role, Demonstrated experience leading SAP-focused training programs, hands-on expertise using SAP Enable Now (administrator, producer, or viewer), strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration skills, ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams, Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformational environment
Nice to Have
SAP training and/or change management certification
