8+ years designing, building, and commissioning custom capital equipment, 3+ years of direct management experience leading an engineering team, Proven track developing first-of-kind equipment, from concept to production, Experience in a Greenfield or Brownfield manufacturing startup environment, Experience implementing FAT, SAT, and equipment qualification standards, Familiarity with power distribution, building infrastructure, and facility interface requirements, Working knowledge of 5S principles, Working knowledge of design review processes, Working knowledge of hazard analysis, Working knowledge of engineering controls
