The mission of this role is to ensure a positive and safe workplace experience every day. This means striking a fine balance between the optimal and the exceptional with Safety and in the way our workspace is organized and used. As a leader, you will partner closely with our Compliance, Quality, and Workplace & Facilities teams, overcoming any “behind the scenes” challenges and ensuring a seamless process for our employees and visitors. Specific job responsibilities: **_EHS &S Management_** * Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the facility’s safety management system in alignment with OSHA standards and company policy. * Conduct routine safety audits, near-miss review, and workplace inspections * Manage the process for safety observations, hazard reporting and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) tracking to closure. * Respond to and lead all recordable incidents, near-misses, and first-aid events in real time – including off-hours when required. * Complete thorough root cause analyses (RCA) using structured methodologies and driv
