What You'll Achieve.

Ensure full regulatory compliance; Ensure uninterrupted business activities; Contribute to development of an asset management environmental compliance and permit tracking process; Conduct a fleet-wide permit inventory review within the first 60 days; Provide key input to senior leadership to support joint decision making; Reduce environmental compliance risk; Ensure continuous compliance with existing and evolving national and local environmental regulations

Ability for travel (less than 20%) to operational sites or agency meetings

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience with SWPPP inspections, Experience with filing registrations/NOIs/NOTs, Understanding of permit compliance requirements in relation to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Exceptional record keeping skills

Nice to Have

CPESC, CESSWI, Experience developing processes or best management practices for regulatory audits or environmental compliance programs

What You'll Do.

Manage environmental permit compliance for fleet operations

Conduct and maintain fleet-wide environmental permit inventory

Advise leadership on permit compliance status

Lead federal and state regulatory agency communication

Prepare formal communications

Lead internal team coordination for permitting strategies

Collaborate with Compliance team for record maintenance

Develop presentation materials for leadership reporting

Serve as AM environmental SME

Review plans for environmental obligations

Advise on programmatic procedures and best practices

Establish protocol for SWPPP inspections

Establish cadence for permit audits

Manage environmental compliance site inspection workflow

Assist in development of protocols for obligation compliance

Advise on reporting and registration renewal

Review technical reports

Oversee external consultants

Engage with SME groups for technical reviews

Prepare and submit registrations/NOIs/NOTs

Advise asset managers and field technicians

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working collaboratively with Asset Management division; Engage internal teams in permitting strategies; Collaborate with the Compliance team; Engage with other SME groups, such as engineering

Communication Scope

Lead federal and state regulatory agency communication; Prepare formal communications for internal and legal review; Advise senior leadership; Advise asset managers and field technicians
