Must Have
Academic degree as Environment Manager, ESH Manager or comparable, Long-term experience in leading or management position, Profound experience in ESH or comparable, preferably in rubber production or comparable industries and especially preferred in Environment & Substances, Business fluent English and German language skills (spoken and written), Ability to work independently and take initiative, Structured approach to tasks and projects, Analytical skills and attention to detail, Willingness to travel (cca. 10%)

In details you will: * Develop and contribute proposals related to Environment & Substances in relevance to the CT strategy to ensure compliance and improve the management and performance of Resources – as leading subject matter expert for the global CT organization * Derive tasks, projects and programs from the CT strategy for Environment & Substances focusing the requirements of Resources * Safeguard the ESH Management System for the subject of Environment & Substances
