What You'll Do.
Achieving revenue and growth targets for advertisers in the assigned category
Building relationships with advertisers and agencies
Delivers customized solutions across JioStar extensive TV platforms
Expands JioStar's client base and strengthens its position as the go-to partner for innovative advertising solutions
Own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry under the portfolio
Focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar
Be Jiostar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular
Be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes
Manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision
Focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies
executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc.
Work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts

## Job Summary This role focuses on achieving revenue and growth targets for advertisers in the assigned category. As an Assistant Manager you will be part a team of front liners, while building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, and delivers customized solutions across JioStar extensive TV platforms. This role also expands JioStar's client base and strengthens its position as the go-to partner for innovative advertising solutions. ## Key Responsibilities This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry under the portfolio. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioStar. You will be Jiostar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand India’s TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar’s ad solutions and capabilities You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc. You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts ## Skills & Attributes for success Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
