The Director will be responsible for driving the success of our current and future client base. Overall, this role will be responsible for operational performance, client satisfaction, and growing revenue/margin with the clients. Responsibility: Drive Enterprise Expansion: Relentlessly pursue wallet-share growth within a sophisticated client base, shifting the conversation from transactional spend to long-term strategic partnerships. Execute Strategic Stewardship: Help craft and own the segment strategy, acting as the primary executive face of ZipRecruiter for top-tier clients. Leader of Leaders: Coach and develop high-performing managers and elite sellers, fostering a culture of elite performance and career development. Sophisticated Deal Architecture: Oversee the navigation of multi-layered procurement, legal, and technical integrations where performance advertising is the core solution. Operational Excellence: Design and implement the Enterprise playbook, including refined processes for account mapping, lifecycle management, and proactive churn mitigation.
