6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Business Process Controls, Hands-on experience in Business Process Controls, Proven experience conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Solid understanding of process-level risks and controls in areas such as Payment's operations, Client onboarding & KYC, Transaction monitoring & fraud operations, Finance, settlements & reconciliation, Treasury operations, Grounding in inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risk assessment, Analytical skills with experience in Trend analysis and root-cause analysis, Good understanding of regulatory and governance expectations in a fintech /payments environment, Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or Technology

Nice to Have

Certifications like CA, CRISC, CIA or any globally recognized risk related certifications, Experience in a fintech, payments, or regulated banking environment, Exposure to DORA, operational resilience, ICT risk, or outsourcing risk, Prior experience interacting with auditors, regulators, and risk committees, Familiarity with GRC / risk management tools, Experience using AI or advanced analytics tools to enhance risk analysis, control testing, or reporting

About the role :   As a Senior Analyst in the Enterprise Risk team, you will play a key role in assessing and monitoring enterprise and operational risks, strengthening business process controls, and providing meaningful risk insights to senior management and risk committees. You will work closely with business, compliance, finance, treasury, and audit teams in a dynamic fintech environment ## Key Responsibilities Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)for key business and operational processes across payments, cards, compliance, finance, and treasury. Design, document, and assess Business Process Controls, including control design and operating effectiveness. Identify and assess inherent risks, control gaps, and residual risks across end-to-end processes. Support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Register and risk taxonomy.
