Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, data integration tools, workflow automation tools, or comparable enterprise systems preferred. Proven ability to lead platform roadmaps, manage delivery portfolios, improve adoption, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience using AI, automation, analytics, or intelligent workflow tools to improve speed, scale, quality, and decision-making preferred.
