* Leidinggeven aan projecten, waarbij je zowel het proces als de inhoud bewaakt * Jouw kennis en ervaring inzetten om consultants aan te sturen, te coachen en te ondersteunen in hun professionele groei en ontwikkeling * Bijdragen aan de acquisitie van nieuwe projecten * Vertalen van trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt naar een (strategische) aanpak In de rol van Manager binnen Enterprise Performance Management werk je nauw samen met een team van ongeveer 30 collega's. Binnen EPM hebben we verschillende proposities waarop we acteren. Als manager verwachten we dat je ervaring inbrengt op (minimaal) één van deze onderwerpen, zodat je vanuit je kennis en ervaring hierop kan bijdragen. De vraagstukken die veelal voorbij komen hebben te maken met (i) cost and profitability management, (ii) planning, budgetting and forecasting, (iii) Record-to-Report, en (iv) ESG reporting. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten uit diverse sectoren, zoals de financiële sector (banken, verzekeraars en pensioenfondsen), de (semi-)publieke sector (overheid, gezondheidszorg en onderwijs) en corporate clients (energie, telecom en retail). Daarnaast ga je aan de slag met propositieontwikkeling, onderhoud je klantrelaties en faciliteer je (klant)evenementen. Je werkt actief aan je eigen ontwikkeling door middel van coaching door jouw persoonlijke Development Manager en door het volgen van vakinhoudelijke en softskills trainingen. Je maakt een keuze uit het ruime interne en externe opleidingsaanbod passend bij jouw persoonlijke ontwikkelbehoefte.
