The incumbent will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise architecture strategy across core platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technology standards. This role provides architectural leadership across system design, integration, cloud adoption, data frameworks, and emerging AI capabilities, while guiding delivery teams and vendors to implement scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Enterprise Architecture Strategy** * Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation objectives * Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks across applications, data, infrastructure, and AI adoption * Ensure alignment with Group architecture direction, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices * Work closely with Group Enterprise Architecture (Group EA) to ensure local architecture strategies and solutions align with enterprise-wide direction, and contribute to Group EA initiatives **2\. Solution Architecture & Design Authority** * Provide design authority and approval for solution architectures across major programmes (e.g., PAS, digital platforms) * Review and validate architecture deliverables including system design, integration patterns, data models, NFRs, and AI-enabled components * Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with cloud-native and modern engineering principles **3\. Technology Standardisation & Governance** * Define and enforce standards across: * Application architecture (microservices, APIs) * Integration patterns and middleware * Cloud, infrastructure, and AI solution adoption * Govern architecture compliance across projects, vendors, and delivery teams * Lead architecture review boards (e.g., EARB) and decision forums **4\.
