As Manager of Enterprise Analytics, your goal is to unlock insights that drive the business—supporting strategic decision-making, performance management, and experimentation across our platform marketplace. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to provide visibility and optimize key business initiatives. You will lead a team of 6 analysts, bringing a clear vision for what a high-performing analytics team looks like. You will be responsible for developing your team through defined individual contributor (IC) roadmaps, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and vocal partnership across the organization. This role partners closely with business and technical leadership across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure high-quality data is leveraged effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate insights and decision-making.
