Must Have
10+ years of industry experience, 5–7+ years in engineering management, Proven track record of delivering large-scale, secure, and reliable systems, Experience in leading technical strategy and building scalable engineering, data, or machine learning systems, Proficiency in at least one major language (e. g. , Java, Python, Go, Ruby), Demonstrated ability to hire and retain top-tier engineering talent, Excellent communicator—capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences, Experience setting multi-year strategies and aligning diverse stakeholders, Background working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams
