Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Manager Engineering, Systems Engineering 2** to join our team of individuals within our Systems Engineering organization supporting the Multi-Domain Command & Control (MDC2) Business Unit. The position will be in **Melbourne, FL**. This leadership position will be full-time in the office with minimum travel. **Position Overview** The selected candidate will lead a section of up to 15 Human Factors Engineers who support a portfolio of domestic and international contracts. This position reports to the Specialty Engineering Department Manager within the Multi‑Domain Command & Control (MDC2), Global Surveillance Division. This role carries a 20% work‑week allocation to the direct supervision, management, and leadership of the E‑2 HFE Engineering Team, providing direction by utilizing Northrop Grumman management guidelines as well as general and sector policies.
