Over 2 years of proven leadership skills and management experience, Technical expertise in one or more relevant areas, particularly the design, implementation and maintenance of accounting integrations, data exchange systems, enterprise data management, APIs., Experience with accounting systems and basic accounting principles, Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, Experience building and successfully growing development teams, A commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence and results, Experience designing and developing data-centric systems, including ETL and API systems, Experience working with Scrum or Agile team

The Opportunity – Engineering Manager (Remote - USA / CANADA) We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Integration team. This role will drive our mission to build an outstanding data-first company. As an Engineering Manager II, you will leverage your established technical know-how and commitment to individual growth to build high performance teams that will be successful in delivering products, while also taking on technical work as needed to ensure timely delivery of customer value. Your experience and can-do attitude will help you guide your teams through complex and ambiguous environments towards simple and elegant implementations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively influence an organization. Your broad knowledge of data systems will inform the team’s engineering choices.
