Periodic international travel to supplier locations in Asia, Up to 1–2 trips per year, Typical duration of one to two weeks per trip, Occasional domestic travel, Up to 3–4 trips per year, In-office position, On-site at the Fort Collins facility on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Remote work on Monday and Friday

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree in a technical science discipline, minimum of ten (10) years of product design experience, Demonstrated experience in electromechanical product design, Minimum of two (2) years of people management experience

Nice to Have

Master’s degree may be substituted for up to three (3) years of experience, Experience in consumer product development, people management experience in a product design environment, Experience designing products intended for higher‑volume manufacturing, Experience working with offshore manufacturing partners, Knowledge of plastic molded part design, electromechanical mechanisms, higher‑volume design philosophies, Experience supporting sustaining engineering and continuous improvement activities, Exposure to consumer and/or medical device product development environments

Represent engineering in cross-functional execution; Serve as the primary technical resource for Marketing, Project Management, Quality, Operations, and Compliance; Provide technical direction and execution leadership to cross-functional partners; Define technical requirements; Influence priorities; Shape execution decisions

Process & Methodology

Manage engineering workstreams to meet project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations, Participate in project resource planning and allocation
