We are seeking Manager of Engineering to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing software engineering team within our Corporate Sustainability product area. This is a hands-on player-coach role, ideal for a technically strong engineer who is ready to take ownership of team delivery, people leadership, and technical direction while still contributing to the codebase. You will play a key role in ensuring the engineering team consistently delivers value to customers through high-quality, reliable SaaS solutions. You will also act as the accountable technical and delivery leader for the team within the wider organisation, including Product Management and senior stakeholders. This role requires a strong software engineering background (ideally .NET / C# or Node.js) with the ability to stay close to the code while leading people and process.
