You’ll lead through direction and delivery: shaping the operating model, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering across Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn AI and cloud goals into tangible outcomes. This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys working across ambiguity, executing plans, and building high-trust collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders **** **WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US** Agile ways of working are key for SimCorp’s success, and in the MBS product area (department) we need an Engineering Manager who can be a servant leader for an effective team that lives the agile values. The MBS area has been thriving for 2 years now and is a strategically important area that aims to develop a new and modern frontend, making the role critical not only for the Business area but for SimCorp as a whole.
