Must Have
12+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise software, 6+ years in hiring, leading, and scaling high-performance and results-oriented engineering teams, Hands-on technical experience with building enterprise-scale SaaS products, preferably around Identity and Access Management, Very software engineering – design, development experience, Working experience with Desgining a scalable Web Solution, Proficient in C#,. NET Framework, C++, Java or comparable programming environment, SQL, Web Development, and test methodologies, Proficiency in Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts, including SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth, Proficient and seasoned in handling SCRUM teams involving Devs and QA, Proven track record to grow and manage an engineering organization of 25+ with an ability to also provide leadership, Deep understanding of Agile development practices and other engineering processes, Hands-on technical knowledge of Software Security, Multi-tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability, Solid understanding of enterprise-grade applications, business processes, and use of the latest technologies, Prior experience with driving continuous improvement and the ability to implement creative ideas to significantly improve the overall performance of the team, Experience working at high growth, a fast-paced technology company, BS or equivalent with major degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering

Experience with Microservice architecture preferable, Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and provide technical mentorship for the team
