Must Have
Graduate in any discipline, 3 – 7 years’ experience in facilities management, Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential, Very Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required

Provide Engineering support to Facilities Management team
Ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports
Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs
Ensure energy conservation practices
Assist Chief Engineer in managing M scope of projects
Assist in providing comprehensive facility management
Assist in contract and procurement management for technical services
Contribute to achieving financial targets
Achieve Key Performance Indicators
Achieve Service Level Agreements targets
Support Chief Engineer in managing Mechanical
Plumbing installations
Manage Civil maintenance within facilities
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list
Plan for inventory where maintenance is carried out in-house
Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance program
Review maintenance/service practices of M Contractors
Deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer
checklists and PPM schedules
Arrange for ad-hoc M set ups
Ensure contractors follow house rules
Handle projects with minimum inconvenience to occupants
Assume AFM responsibilities if need
Handle shifts independently on Engineering related matters
Responsible for daily reporting on M & E
Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment
Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports
