Must Have
5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, proven track record specifically in corporate event marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have
Experience in the robotics, automation, manufacturing, or B2B tech/SaaS sectors
What You'll Do.
Oversee the planning and execution of Vention’s customer and partner engagement initiatives
and scalable event operations
support strategic technology partnerships through collaborative marketing initiatives
Oversee end-to-end project management for all major events and customer engagement initiatives
Managing event logistics
and on-site operations
Coordinating internal stakeholders and cross-functional deliverables
Leading event communications
and execution readiness
Ensuring consistent brand representation and customer experience across all events
Managing employee attendance
Driving operational excellence and post-event reporting/retrospectives
Provide leadership and support to the Global Events Manager
Managing customer-focused executive events and engagement programs
Developing and implementing the Customer Advisory Board program
Driving customer advocacy initiatives
Collaborating with Product Marketing to develop customer case studies
Supporting account-based marketing initiatives targeting enterprise customers
Coordinating customer-facing campaigns and engagement activities across regions
and leading the Vention Partner Advisory Council
Developing and executing co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
Managing partner marketing deliverables
Coordinating joint campaigns
customer success stories
and partner event activations
Maximizing Vention’s visibility across partner marketing channels and partner-hosted events
Developing lightweight strategic marketing plans with key partners
Increasing Vention’s presence and engagement within industry associations and partner networks
