The Manager, Employer Brand supports the delivery and application of Haleon’s employer brand, ensuring frameworks, content and channels are consistently and effectively maintained. Siting within Corporate Affairs and in close partnership with HR and Recruitment Marketing, this role focuses on translating employer brand strategy into practical outputs – including content, guidance and core employer brand channels, such as the careers site.
