What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 Years of direct employee relations work experience, PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM-CP, Investigations: interviewing, documentation, analysis, and recommendation of outcomes, Conflict resolution and mediation of complex, sensitive issues, Consultative coaching that influences leaders and aligns stakeholders, Sound judgment, discretion, and employment law–aligned decisions with risk awareness, Executes instructions seeks maintains high attention to detail and accuracy, Advanced problem-solving and critical effective decision-making under pressure and deadlines, Executive communication: builds relationships across diverse identities and senior delivers formal negotiates persuasively, leadership and assertive, innovative, and committed to social, ethical, and organizational standards, Operational excellence with advanced systems organized, time-managed, and drives tasks to completion
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage the U.
Employee Relations team, Serve as a primary point of contact, Coach the ERC team on investigations, Review termination requests, Complete documentation supporting severance recommendations, Proactively review contentious corrective actions, Oversee adherence to service-level agreements, Ensure timely response, Ensure consistent documentation, Ensure timely case resolution, Manage staffing, time off request and coverage, Conduct timely, thorough, and impartial investigations, Partner with managers on performance and conduct management, Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation, Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case documentation, Consult with Director, Employee Relations, Legal, Collaborate with U.
Benefits team, Partner with Ethics & Compliance, Assist in the investigation and response to litigation, Support initiatives related to culture, Support the Director, Employee Relations, in quarterly reviews, Deliver training and coaching to HR Coordinators.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance; Consult with Director, Employee Relations, Legal and/or outside counsel; Collaborate with U. S. Benefits team; Partner with Ethics & Compliance (E&C); Support the Director, Employee Relations, in quarterly reviews with HR VPs, HRDs and HRBPs; Deliver training and coaching to HR Coordinators, HRBPs and managers
