What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years HR generalist experience, 3+ years employee investigations experience, Extensive knowledge of employment laws, Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency, Advanced Microsoft Outlook proficiency, Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, Consistent attendance is a job requirement

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in HR or related field, Experience with case database, Experience in union environments, Experience in hospitality industry

What You'll Do.

Conduct investigations of allegations

Gather and evaluate information

Prepare detailed reports

Confer with Legal leadership

Confer with operations leadership

Resolve problems creatively

Answer process questions

Assist with corrective action documentation

Develop standardized investigation processes

Implement standardized investigation processes

Track employee relations claims

Track employee relations cases

Document investigations

Memorialize supporting documents

Identify issue trends

Identify opportunities for mitigation

Partner in analysis of Team Member programs

Partner in revision of Team Member programs

Partner in analysis of policies

Partner in revision of policies

Partner in analysis of practices

Partner in revision of practices

Provide counseling to leadership

Provide advice to leadership

Provide guidance to leadership

Provide counseling to HRBPs
