What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in embedded software design and development, 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams, Post-secondary degree/diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, Experience with agile methods of project management
What You'll Do.
setting the strategy and vision for the IOX group
overseeing product development from design through delivery
Lead the design and development of all new IOX products and the IOX platform
and implement an Agile development process
and develop direct reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks
Oversee staffing needs
Participate in cross-functional meetings
support Geotab global strategic initiatives
