Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a **Manager Electronics Engineering 2** in **Baltimore, MD.** This role leads an established, multidisciplinary team of Test Design Engineers delivering test solutions for our Subsystem Factory. It is a **dual‑capacity** position. * **20% –** **Functional Management** – People management duties: team meetings, regular one‑on‑ones, career development, performance management, employee engagement, and driving section‑level objectives. * **80% –** **Technical Execution** – hands‑on work: hardware and software development of test solutions, steering the team through technical challenges, and serving as a direct technical contributor. The position demands strong leadership, decisive people‑management, and deep technical involvement to ensure mission‑critical program success Candidate MUST be a US Citizen and have a current Active Secret government security clearance.
