What You'll Do.
Drive client KPIs on marketplaces
Drive organizational KPIs and SLAs
Understand client goals and give strategic direction
Finalize advertising plans with client input
Provide recommendations and guide AdOps team
Drive use of automation and tech for reporting
watch and maintain digital advertising budget
Oversee analysis of digital activity and reporting
Understand client brief to identify opportunities
Manage a client portfolio of 3-5 accounts
Review performance delivered on client accounts
Understand industry trends and competitive landscape
Be accountable for business reviews with clients
Responsible for Team Growth and planning development programs
Take PDPs of team members
Be accountable for quality and timely deliverables
Work with Business Teams to support new business pitches
