Industry & Context.
Seasonal travel for campus and recruiting events, Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events, Must be a U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State due to ITAR requirements.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience, 2+ years of experience managing leads or recruiting managers, Proven success building or scaling early career and internship programs in high-growth environments, Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable to goals and performance, organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across a growing function, Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders including technical, operations, and senior leadership teams
Nice to Have
Experience building partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and technical training programs, Background in technical recruiting or familiarity with manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments, Track record of hiring and developing recruiting talent in a fast-paced or startup environment, Demonstrated success designing recruiting processes and programs that scale, Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to represent Hadrian's mission authentically at all levels, Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape team strategy and report to leadership
What You'll Do.
and grow a team of early career recruiters and program leads
Design and execute Hadrian's early career recruiting strategy
Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities
student organizations
Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals
Oversee the full candidate lifecycle ensuring a high-quality
consistent experience
Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events
and brand-building activities
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for technical and operational roles
Define the recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure
Develop scalable processes
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on early career talent trends
and workforce planning
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating closely with engineering and factory operations leaders; Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers across engineering, operations, and manufacturing; Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders including technical, operations, and senior leadership teams
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to represent Hadrian's mission authentically at all levels
Process & Methodology
Ability to manage competing priorities across a growing function
