We are currently undertaking a large-scale transformation program focused on standardising our ANZ legacy processes and systems to align with regional and global ways of working. This includes upgrading and integrating systems, tools and processes to support a more streamlined and future-ready operating model. Our E-Commerce function is looking for an experienced **E-Commerce Operations Lead** (internally referred to as Manager, E-Commerce Project Delivery) to partner closely with the Head of E-Commerce and play a key role in supporting the implementation of this transformation within the ANZ market. In this role, you will act as the E-Commerce business lead, bridging the gap between the transformation program and day-to-day business operations. You will support the successful implementation of new systems and processes by leading business readiness activities including requirements validation, process refinement, user acceptance testing, and training coordination. Working closely with project, vendors and delivery teams, you will ensure that business needs are clearly defined, understood and translated into actionable outcomes. You will also play a key role in embedding change within the E-Commerce function, ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across the team.
