What They're Looking For.
Must Have
GMP-regulated manufacturing, leading leaders in a complex production environment, balance operational performance with people leadership, influence both daily execution and long-term improvements, A relevant degree within biotechnology, engineering, or life sciences, Significant experience (8+ years) from biologics API or GMP manufacturing, Proven experience leading leaders or senior profiles in production, understanding of downstream processes and production operations, Solid knowledge of GMP and quality systems
Nice to Have
Experience from multi-shift setups, CDMOs, regulatory inspections
