BS/MS in scientific discipline, 5-7 years experience, Project/operational management experience, Cross-functional collaboration experience, Early-stage R&D experience

What You'll Do.
Facilitate ideation to planning
Lead execution of external contractual enablement
Partner with Business Operations and scientific stakeholders
Establish and manage communications
Review contracts and agreements
Monitor renewal timelines
Resolve discrepancies
Manage diverse contractual requests
Develop knowledge of TP qualification systems
Drive vendor qualification processes
Anticipate and resolve platform issues
Identify operational risks
Propose long-term solutions
Contribute to building connections
Forge partnerships and alliances
Manage licensed biological material requests
Evaluate vendor license terms
Maintain procurement records
Coordinate with business operations and stakeholders
Acquire and use restricted materials
Review and prioritize MLRs
Align requests with objectives and timelines
Execute procurement transactions in Ariba
Manage purchase requisitions
Support vendor reactivation
Support supplier setup coordination
Ensure compliant PO generation
Provide consultancy support to international shipments
Manage country-specific import/export permits
Prepare shipping documentation
Serve as liaison between internal teams and receiving
