Proven experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or digital solution enablement within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment, Demonstrated experience in identifying, evaluating, and managing technology and digital solution partners, Solid knowledge of digital and emerging technologies, including automation, analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, workflow and orchestration tools, and procurement technology platforms, Ability to assess solution functionality, technical architecture, data and integration requirements, and operational scalability, Capability to translate business and consulting requirements into structured digital and technology use cases, Experience working with cross-functional teams including consulting, delivery, analytics, product management, and engineering, Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including engagement with senior leadership and external technology partners, Commercial acumen with experience supporting partner negotiations and joint propositions, Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate digital value propositions to both business and technical audiences, Project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and partner engagements concurrently, Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and collaborative environment, Experience supporting sales cycles, RFPs, client workshops, and solution shaping activities, Minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment with extensive experience working in the area of supply chain solutions, Experience working directly with the internal business units and/or external customers

Nice to Have

Master’s degree preferred, Knowledge of the procurement technology landscape (S2P, spend analytics, contract management, supplier risk, intake and orchestration, and AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable, Experience within consulting or professional services organizations is strongly preferred

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with advisory, delivery, analytics, industry, and COE teams; Experience working with cross-functional teams including consulting, delivery, analytics, product management, and engineering; Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with selected technology and digital partners; Coordinate joint solution development, pilots, proofs of value, and accelerators with partners and internal product, analytics, and engineering teams; Support enablement of advisory and delivery teams through digital solution positioning, use-case development, training inputs, and adoption planning; Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to align partner capabilities with ProcureAbility’s internal platforms, tools, and digital roadmap; Support business development and sales activities, including digital solution positioning, partner-led value propositions, client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal content
