Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience, Experience in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Planview or similar tools, CORE or equivalent (ie. Six Sigma or Change Management) and project management expertise, Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology, U. S. citizenship is required

The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.
