Must Have
SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience, Proven experience in digital commerce platform operations, Hands-on experience with backoffice configuration, including users, roles, permissions, and workflows, Exposure to QA strategy, expertise in test planning, and release testing, Experience coordinating release & change management, Experience with production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis, Working knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability), cross-functional coordination skills with IT, Product, and Business teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Life Sciences / Biotech or regulated industries, Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks, Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management platforms
What You'll Do.
Own configuration and governance of SAP Commerce backoffice
Define and maintain catalog and versioning strategies
Support overall QA strategy for digital commerce platforms
Coordinate QA execution for releases
Implement QA automation practices
Coordinate and oversee non-functional testing activities
Coordinate release readiness and change management processes
Monitor platform health and performance
Act as primary escalation point for production issues
Support customer-facing teams
Carry out ongoing usability testing
Gather and interpret user feedback
Support customer-centred approach

You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). **Intro Summary of the Role** The Manager, Digital Commerce (Quality & Operations) is a **Bioscience** -specific role responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and quality of digital commerce platforms through strong operational governance, testing leadership, and production support. This role is scoped to Bioscience only and does not cover CDMO. It owns backoffice configuration, user access, workflows, catalog versioning strategies, release and change management, and end‑to‑end QA practices, including functional and non‑functional testing. Acting as the QA and operational lead, the role partners closely with Technology, Product, and Business teams to monitor platform health, manage incidents, support releases, and continuously improve quality, security, and performance—while serving as a key point of contact for production issues impacting customers.
