What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in digital project management, app operations, or a related field, Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology programmes
Nice to Have
Background in hospitality, travel, or retail technology is an advantage, project management PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus, Experience with release validation and acceptance familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira is an advantage, Thai language is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of guest app
Manage cross-workstream dependencies
Maintain detailed project plans
Liaise with implementation partner
Act as business-side validation owner
Coordinate with QA team
Define validation checklists
Track and follow up on issues
Lead hotel onboarding programme
Develop onboarding playbooks
Track onboarding progress
Serve as key point of contact
