What You'll Achieve.
ensure the Accor standards are met; project deadlines and opportunities are met; track and report status; ensure design solutions and project efficiency are met; ensuring compliance with brand & design standards, technical services and operational effectiveness; providing recommendations on construction quality and workmanship to ensure compliance with Brand and Product Standards prior to completion; defect inspections and resolution of handover issues
Industry & Context.
Flexibility in working hours, ability to travel frequently, Candidate must be based in Sydney
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years’ experience specializing in Hotel Hospitality Project Design, Renovation, FFE Fitout & Project Management, Australian industry experience is mandatory, A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management, A foundation in interior, architectural design and refurbishment, solid knowledge of local Building Codes & Standards, project and stakeholder management skills, Ability to read and interpret interior, architectural, engineering and mechanical, and construction drawings, experience in Interior finishes, design, cost strategies, value management process and FF&E, Must understand and passionate about design and quality, Knowledge in technical services, Knowledgeable about innovation, sustainability and trends both in and outside of industry, Flexibility in working hours, ability to travel frequently, Candidate must be based in Sydney

Oversee and support prototyping processes
Partner with the Project team throughout construction

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with various stakeholders, including company owners, internal stakeholders and external consultants; Partner with the Project team throughout construction and the pre-opening phase
Communication Scope
Confident to present; negotiate; be flexible when appropriate; Develop and articulate conceptual design ideas and brand guidelines, effectively presenting and convincing stakeholders and property owners
Process & Methodology
Manage and oversee the end to end project management process, project and stakeholder management skills
