Accor is seeking a Manager, Design & Technical Services to lead the design interpretation, project management, and delivery of innovative hotel design concepts across our diverse portfolio. As the Manager, Design & Technical Services, you will play a key role in reviewing and assessing hotel design project opportunities, ensuring the design, technical services and operational feasibility of projects for potential Accor’s involvement. From concept through to completion, you’ll oversee the project journey, you will guide owning companies and their appointed consultants through to project completion. * Manage and oversee the end to end project management process to ensure the Accor standards are met, project deadlines and opportunities are met and utilizing company tools and system to track and report status. * Work closely with various stakeholders, including company owners, internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design solutions and project efficiency are met. * Ensuring compliance with brand & design standards, technical services and operational effectiveness by reviewing documentation and facilitating the appropriate process. * Develop property improvement plans, cost and development strategies. *
