What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or regional B2B marketing management roles, experience developing and executing multi-market EMEA demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth, Demonstrated success leading integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, Experience organizing offline events and tradeshows, Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, ABM, analytics, and data platforms to drive measurable outcomes, analytical, reporting, and budget management capabilities with a data-driven decision-making mindset, Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams, Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within global organizations
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B technology audiences is highly desirable, understanding of B2B buying journeys, account engagement strategies, and customer lifecycle marketing
