What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years’ experience of proven success working in a professional services environment or equivalent, analytical skills and experience in eliciting, documenting and evaluating business requirements which may impact multiple Billtrust products and/or platforms, 1+ years of management experience, communication skills both written and verbal so as to be able to assist in selling, SOW creation, and general management activities., Proven success in evaluating processes and implementing improvements, Ability to work collaboratively with customers and peers across the organization on a daily basis and to work with teams who have been tasked with producing other work products based on their team’s deliverables
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage a cross-functional delivery POD composed of Project Managers
and Application Support Engineers
ensuring alignment across disciplines to deliver client implementations on time and within scope
and develop team members across multiple disciplines including project management
and application support engineering
fostering career growth and professional development within the POD
Facilitate process improvement and adherence across the POD by partnering with solution architects
process standards teams
and technical leadership to ensure consistent delivery methodologies and quality standards
Manage and oversee POD workload across project management
requirements analysis
and application support activities
ensuring balanced utilization and timely delivery without needing to perform each function directly
Utilize relevant implementations experience and knowledge to actively identify areas of improvement and operational efficiencies across the consolidated POD structure
enabling scalable delivery and reduced reliance on siloed handoffs
Manage a seamless handoff of clients to the support organization when appropriate
coordinating across all POD disciplines to ensure continuity
Actively drive growth of the professional services business consistent with overall growth of the company
leveraging the consolidated POD model to increase capacity and throughput
Reduce average implementation time in line with corporate objectives by driving cross-functional collaboration and removing bottlenecks between disciplines within the POD
Consistently improve the accuracy of bids and the delivery of services within forecasted hours by coordinating estimates and resource planning across all POD disciplines
help build a professional services partner channel to assist in surge requirements across any of the POD’s functional areas
Serve as the primary escalation point for client delivery issues across the POD
collaborating with solution and process standards teams and technical leadership to resolve complex challenges
