It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** **Transaction Execution** * Support execution of DCM transactions including * Assist in preparing pitch books, term sheets, and investor presentations * Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and approval processes with legal, compliance, and syndicate teams * Track deal timelines and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders **Market & Credit Analysis** * Conduct market updates, comparable issuance analysis, and pricing benchmarks * Perform issuer credit analysis using financial statements, rating agency reports, and industry data **Origination Support** * Assist senior bankers in preparing client pitches and relationship materials * Maintain client database, deal pipeline tracking, and internal reporting **Internal Coordination** * Liaise with syndicate desk, sales & trading, research, and risk teams * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements * Maintain transaction documentation and internal systems accurately Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably in an operational support role. * Strong understanding of banking products, se
