What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in financial analysis, business planning, and financial modelling, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience across a range of advisory disciplines, including Corporate Finance, Capital Advisory, and broader Financial Advisory, academic background, with relevant experience gained within a Big 4 firm, advisory boutique, investment bank, corporate bank, or similar environment
What You'll Do.
Support the origination and execution of advisory mandates across both FS and non-FS sectors
Analyse financial performance
and cash flow forecasts to assess company viability
Conduct market assessments
and scenario analysis to support client decision-making
Assist in the development of strategic options

Prepare high-quality client deliverables

As part of Interpath's continued growth in Ireland, we are beginning the expansion of our national coverage, which forms part of our broader Deal Advisory platform, including Transaction Services, Strategic Financial Advisory, and Capital Advisory. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established, fast-growing and entrepreneurial team, working closely with experienced senior leaders across a broad range of engagements. **The Role** As a Deal Advisory Manager based in Cork, You will contribute to our mission of delivering best-in-class advisory services to clients across Ireland, leveraging Interpath’s global insights to achieve outstanding client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead advisory mandates across Financial Services and non-Financial Services sectors, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role involves collaborating with colleagues across Transaction Services and Capital Advisory on a broad range of deal-related and strategic engagements.
