What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-10 years of data engineering experience, Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Computer Science or Business discipline, Hands-on experience with relevant languages such as Python, R, XML, JSON, and SQL, Hands-on experience with APIs such as REST, Hands-on experience with CI/CD techniques and technologies like DBT, Hands-on experience working and architecting solutions in a Cloud Platform such as Google, Hands-on experience working with cloud data warehouse platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Hands-on experience working with large datasets, Solid understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques, Solid understanding of SQL and database tuning techniques, Manufacturing industry knowledge, Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Nice to Have
Familiar with Graph Databases such as Neo4J, Experience with SAP, Quality and Manufacturing systems would be beneficial, Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools like SAP Dataservices, Qlik, Aecorsoft would be beneficial
