What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Software Engineering, minimum of one year of experience in GenAI engineering, developing AI solutions, Proven experience designing and deploying AI architectures, expertise in Generative AI, NLP, LLM integration, software engineering, technical expertise in Software Engineering, coding best practices, deep understanding of Data Science, Generative AI, LLMs, RAGs, Agentic AI, experience in data strategy and governance techniques, led a group of engineers building solutions, responsible for growing the people on the team, goal-setting, coaching, feedback, comfortable having difficult conversations, clients' and teammates' best interests in mind, familiarity with Agile techniques, managing work, quality assurance, testing, LLM evaluation, simplify and communicate about complex problems, technology, business processes, user experience, development tasks, Practical knowledge of deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, GCP, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, Ability to communicate complex AI solutions and concepts effectively, technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Python is preferable, Agentic AI orchestration frameworks, Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, advanced Agentic AI architecture, performance optimization of machine learning models, integration of AI into larger software ecosystems, Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions using containers, orchestration platforms, Kubernetes, scalability, reliability, efficient resource management, designing and implementing large-scale data-intensive solutions, maintaining high throughput, low latency, data security
