What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12 + years of overall experience in data research, data operations, or a related field, 1–2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI/LLM use cases, Experience working with large datasets, Attention to data quality and accuracy, Experience defining and tracking KPIs and operational metrics, Cross-cultural communication skills, Ability to work across distributed, global teams, Self-motivated, Innovative, Comfortable moving between strategy, coaching, and hands-on execution, Experience researching company and contact data
Nice to Have
Experience building or deploying AI agents for operational workflows, Background in data labeling, annotation, or model feedback for ML/AI systems, Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or CERA, Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery is a plus
