Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Seven (7)+ years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or data stewardship roles, Experience defining and implementing data quality metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting, SQL proficiency, CRM systems
Nice to Have
Experience operating in a federated or distributed data ownership environment, Experience influencing business stakeholders and driving accountability without direct authority, Familiarity with data governance tools, data catalogs, and data quality platforms, Demonstrated experience building or operationalizing data quality or data management programs, knowledge of master data management, data quality frameworks, and distributed data ownership models, Advanced Microsoft Excel familiarity, Cloud platform certs
