Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, 2+ years as a people manager, Agile Development methodologies, Deep technical proficiency in cloud-based systems, understanding of fault-tolerant system design, understanding of high-availability services, understanding of real-time data ingestion patterns, Solid grasp of DevOps principles, hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, hands-on experience in deployment automation, hands-on experience in infrastructure as code, Understanding of security best practices for data systems, Understanding of API design, Understanding of infrastructure within regulated environments, Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to navigate technical complexities, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintain attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, build collaborative relationships across global teams
Nice to Have
Master's degree in business administration or computer science, knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services, experience in Financial Services (FinTech), experience in high-growth technology environments, experience with Jira, experience with Confluence
